Event Notes: NRA Level I Pistol Coach Certification for NSCC adult volunteers interested in starting a unit or regional competition pistol marksmanship team. Full days both Saturday and Sunday, classroom training both days with actual firearms training 1900-2200 Sunday evening at the NRA HQ indoor shooting range in Fairfax, VA. Bring $10 cash to pay directly to NRA for a single day pass to access the range. Firearms and ammo will be provided. Basic eyes and ears provided; however, you can bring your own if you prefer. UOD: Casual civilian attire; proper footwear required for the shooting range.
Lodging Notes: Lodging and meetings will be held at Hampton Inn & Suites Washington-Dulles International Airport, 22700 Holiday Park Drive, Sterling, VA 20166. Out of town adults, please call 703-537-7800 to reserve your room, be sure to use the group name: "U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps" to ensure you are booking at the proper rate. Contact the hotel directly for information regarding the free airport shuttle to and from Dulles International Airport. Local adults wishing to stay on site will be extended a discounted rate for lodging but will not be reimbursed for lodging.
