Event Description: ESS FOR TRAINING: 1915 Camp Florida Rd, Brandon, FL 33510. All cadets participating will arrive 13 Jul and depart 20 Jul 2019. Culinary Arts will encompass a mixture of learning to cook in the Galley for the Training, getting classes from Chef Bianca, learning kitchen and food safety, and fine dining setup and serving. CULINARY ARTS CADETS WILL RECEIVE SWIM QUALIFICATIONS DURING TRAINING. Cabins with air conditioning and heat and bunk beds; fully equipped galley; Pool- 25 yard junior Olympic size; Canoes and Kayaks equipped with life jackets; Dock- Fishing poles and equipment available; Ball games (soccer, kickball, volleyball, etc.); MEDIVAC helicopter landing area. The camp is within 10 minutes of 5 different hospitals USE TAMPA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (TPA). Those flying to training must arrive on 13 JUL 2019 no later than 3pm (1500). All flights MUST arrive by 3:00pm on 13 JUL 2019. You will be picked up from the terminals at 3pm. You must arrange your flight home for 20 JUL 2019 no earlier than 1500 (3PM). All fliers will arrive at TPA at 1500 no matter what time of night your flight departs. Please send copy of Itinerary and cell phone contact info to COTC ASAP through your Chain of Command. If you must fly unaccompanied minor, then please contact COTC as she will NOT be the one picking you up from the airport. Please let the airline know that LTJG Michaela McCormick will be responsible for picking you up at the gate. Her cell is 813415-4946 If you need any accommodations (Food, Medical) please make sure unit is in contact with COTC in email form so that cadet can be accommodated. We will have an ARNP and trauma nurse on staff at training. All medications must be in original bottles with proper labels. Please only send the amt needed for training. Keep all extra pills at home but send in properly labeled medication bottles.

Dessert and bread making will also be taught. CULINARY ARTS CADETS WILL RECEIVE SWIM QUALIFICATIONS DURING TRAINING.
